1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain products (such as personal care items, perishable goods, or non-returnable products) cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it with the same item (subject to stock availability).
If the exact product is not available, we may offer a similar replacement or a full refund.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you may request a return after receiving the item (subject to return conditions).
5. Non-Returnable Items
